Ensure cache writes create parent directory

This change creates the parent directory before saving cached files, preventing “No such file or directory” errors when Documents/RevenueCat is missing (e.g. macOS Designed for iPad simulator runs).

• Create parent directory before sync cache saves
• Create parent directory before async cache moves
• Fixes log spam when caching offerings/product entitlement mapping
• Issue: 🐛 Failed to save codable to cache: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=4 "The file ... doesn't exist" #5985
