New release format of RM Utilities
This release contains the current versions of all previously released RM Utility apps in the form
of Python ".py" script files in text format.
Their use requires the installation of the Python scripting language.

".exe" files no longer provided due to their misidentification as malware by a number of
anti virus software products.
