  • Adds a new target framework
  • Uses Newtonsoft.Json for NetStandard2.0 and System.Text.Json for NetCoreApp3.1
  • Differs between IWebHostEnvironment and IHostingEnvironment
  • Uses dedicated models for API controller

Fixes #181, #183, #187
