This project is an n8n automation workflow that converts voice call audio into clean, structured data. It uses AssemblyAI for transcription and custom regex logic to extract information such as:
- Caller name
- Email address
- Department
- Purpose of the call
- Whether it's a follow-up
- Priority level
- Action requested
The data is then logged automatically into a connected Google Sheet.

- Record an audio call and upload it to Google Drive
- Generate a direct download link using this format: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=FILE_ID
- In the n8n workflow:
- Paste the link into the HTTP Request node (
audio_url) - Run the nodes in order:
- Submit Audio
- Check Status
- Function (Extract Info)
- Append Row
- The results are logged into your Google Sheet.
