Updated version of Lobby Browser with fixes for things that were broken by latest Pavlov update (update33 / v1.0.27):
- updated URL for Pavlov master server backend,
- fixed logic that detects whether a lobby is locked or not (previously empty string was used for that state, now its a
"EMPTY"string).
