Enhanced tray initialization with better error handling and debug logging in utils.dart. Updated main_screen.dart and main.dart to improve tray and desktop initialization logic. Minor logging improvements and code cleanups in biometric_util.dart, responsive_util.dart, file_util.dart, hive_util.dart, and reordered parameters in huaweicloud.dart push method.
