Removes the incorrect statement that Players:GetCharacterAppearanceInfoAsync ignores gear.

Testing shows that gear is included in the returned assets table. This change makes the documentation accurate.

Hey @samerop, thanks for the PR. We changed some of our tooling a couple weeks ago and no longer take PRs on the Engine reference, but I've merged this and will reimplement it internally. It might take a bit of time to land in the docs.

I've updated our READMEs and am working to get the Edit button yanked from the reference pages. Thanks again!
