Remove "Twitter" from AllowedExternalLinkReferences possible value list

When using GetPolicyInfoForPlayerAsync, the AllowedExternalLinkReferences array no longer includes 'Twitter'.

Changes

Removed "Twitter" from the list of possible values in the description for AllowedExternalLinkReferences.
