Celtic CE (Beta 1.2)

Another beta release of Celtic CE! This release comes with a total of 11 new commands! Also, some bugs from the previous version have been patched. As usual, feel free to test it out and report any bugs you find by either making an issue or in the Discord server that's linked in the ReadMe. Please be sure to read the docs to learn how to install Celtic and how to use each command that has been implemented. Enjoy!
