As pointed by @gabriellsh, we forgot to properly attribute the copyright of the Inter font.

This pull request adds proper licensing documentation and attribution for the Inter font included in the project. It introduces a dedicated license file, updates the font stylesheet with copyright and license information, and documents the use of the font in a new third-party licenses file.

Licensing and Documentation Updates:

• Added a new THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.md file documenting the inclusion, license, and attribution for the Inter font, including a summary of the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
• Added the full text of the SIL Open Font License 1.1 for the Inter font as LICENSE-Inter.txt in the packages/fuselage/src/fonts directory.
• Updated inter.scss to include copyright and license header comments referencing the Inter font and its license file.
