This pull request changes the compat entry for the Turing package from 0.32,0.33,0.34,0.35,0.36,0.37,0.38,0.39 to 0.32,0.33,0.34,0.35,0.36,0.37,0.38,0.39, 0.40.
This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.

Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.
