Add telemetry for checkpoint save/restore/diff

Important

Add telemetry for checkpoint operations in Cline and update tests for telemetry properties.

• Telemetry:
  • Add captureCheckpointCreated, captureCheckpointRestored, and captureCheckpointDiffed methods in TelemetryService.
  • Capture checkpoint events in Cline.ts using telemetryService methods.
• Tests:
  • Add tests for getTelemetryProperties in ClineProvider.test.ts to verify inclusion of model ID and basic properties.
• Misc:
  • Add CHECKPOINT_CREATED, CHECKPOINT_RESTORED, and CHECKPOINT_DIFFED events to PostHogClient.EVENTS.TASK in TelemetryService.ts.
