Translate history preview and view

Important

Add translations for history components in 20 languages and update components to use these translations.

• Translations:
  • Add translations for history-related strings in 20 languages including ar, ca, cs, de, en, es, fr, hi, hu, it, ja, ko, pl, pt, pt-BR, ru, tr, zh-CN, zh-TW.
  • Update TranslationContext.tsx mock to include history-related translations.
• Components:
  • Update ChatView.tsx to use t() for translating placeholder text.
  • Update CopyButton.tsx, DeleteTaskDialog.tsx, ExportButton.tsx, HistoryPreview.tsx, HistoryView.tsx to use t() for translating UI text.
• Tests:
  • Mock TranslationContext in HistoryView.test.tsx to test translation functionality.
