Localize ModelPicker by integrating Trans component and updating locale files with new translation key for model fetching text.

• Localization:
  • Integrate Trans component in ModelPicker.tsx for translating text related to model fetching and selection.
  • Add translation key settings:modelPicker.automaticFetch to locale files for languages including ar, ca, cs, de, en, es, fr, hi, hu, it, ja, ko, pl, pt, pt-BR, ru, tr, zh-CN, zh-TW.
• Code Changes:
  • Replace static text in ModelPicker.tsx with Trans component to support dynamic translation.
