Localize tool group names

Important

Localize tool group names by removing hardcoded display names and using i18n translations in PromptsView.tsx and prompts.json.

• Localization:
  • Removed GROUP_DISPLAY_NAMES from tool-groups.ts.
  • Updated PromptsView.tsx to use t('prompts:tools.toolNames.${group}') for tool group names.
  • Added toolNames translations in prompts.json for multiple languages including ar, ca, cs, de, en, es, fr, hi, hu, it, ja, ko, pl, pt-BR, pt, ru, tr, zh-CN, zh-TW.
