Re-adds taskAskResponded event listener in API class to emit event with cline.taskId.

  • Behavior:
    • Re-adds taskAskResponded event listener in API class in src/exports/api.ts.
    • Ensures taskAskResponded event is emitted with cline.taskId when triggered.
