Context

Very small addition to <environment_details>

Input and Output Tokens now added in addition to Cost and Context window size. This enables central tracking of token usage across multi mode boomerang setups.

Enhance getEnvironmentDetails in Cline.ts to include input and output token counts, with corresponding test updates in Cline.test.ts.

• Behavior:
  • getEnvironmentDetails in Cline.ts now includes input and output token counts in the environment details.
  • Updates getApiMetrics call to retrieve totalTokensIn and totalTokensOut.
• Tests:
  • Updates getEnvironmentDetails test in Cline.test.ts to verify inclusion of input and output token counts.
