Important

Add 'Show all workspaces' feature to task history with UI toggle and translations.

• Feature:
  • Add 'Show all workspaces' checkbox in HistoryPreview and HistoryView to toggle task visibility across workspaces.
  • Update useTaskSearch to filter tasks based on showAllWorkspaces state.
• Translations:
  • Add showAllWorkspaces translation key to multiple language files including en, es, fr, de, zh-CN, and others.

I like the functionality but I think the UI needs a little love to not be so cramped

I'd argue that the history preview doesn't need the option to show tasks from other workspaces, so you could just remove it there.

And when we do show it because the user checks the box in the full history view, maybe put it at the very bottom of the element full width in a subtle color and don't show it if it's the current workspace. Make sense?
