Important

Update openai-native.test.ts to use gpt-4.1 model and adjust expected model info.

• Tests:
  • Update apiModelId from gpt-4o to gpt-4.1 in openai-native.test.ts.
  • Update expected maxTokens to 32768 and contextWindow to 1047576 in getModel() test.
• Misc:
  • Add changeset file purple-oranges-eat.md for version v3.11.16.
