Remove end_line from multi-diff logic and tests, updating applyDiffTool accordingly.

• Logic Changes:
  • Remove :end_line: from diff format in multi-search-replace.ts.
  • Update applyDiff logic in multi-search-replace.ts to handle only start_line.
• Test Updates:
  • Remove :end_line: from test cases in multi-search-replace.test.ts.
  • Remove test case for end_line only scenario in multi-search-replace.test.ts.
• Function Updates:
  • Update applyDiffTool in applyDiffTool.ts to remove end_line parameter.
