UI Enhancements: Welcome Screen and History Preview

Overview

This PR improves the UI/UX of the welcome screen and history preview components, implementing a more polished design with better user control and information hierarchy.

Changes

History Preview Component

• Added ability to minimize/maximize recent tasks section
• Implemented persistent state using localStorage and VSCode messaging
• Redesigned task cards with cleaner styling and borders
• Simplified token display format for better readability
• Added dedicated "View all history" button at the bottom
• Improved responsive layout and spacing

Welcome Screen (RooHero)

• Completely redesigned with more professional appearance
• Added links to documentation
• Added feature highlights for Boomerang Tasks and Sticky Models
• Improved typography and visual hierarchy
• Enhanced layout with better spacing and alignment

Component Order

• Reordered components in ChatView to place history above the welcome screen
• Added height control to ensure proper spacing in the welcome view

Technical Implementation

• Used React useState and useEffect hooks for state management
• Added localStorage persistence with fallback error handling
• Implemented VSCode messaging for cross-session state persistence
• Enhanced component styling using Tailwind CSS classes
