Add Spain and Hyderabad AWS regions and correct Zurich region in aws_regions.ts.

• Behavior:
  • Adds "eus2." for Europe (Spain) and "aps2." for Asia Pacific (Hyderabad) to AMAZON_BEDROCK_REGION_INFO in aws_regions.ts.
  • Corrects "euz1." to "euc2." for Europe (Zurich) in aws_regions.ts.
