Important

Fix deep link handling in AuthService.ts by adding auth_redirect parameter in login() URL parameters.

• Behavior:
  • Modify login() in AuthService.ts to include auth_redirect parameter in URL parameters for deep link handling.
  • Uses vscode.env.uriScheme, packageJSON.publisher, and packageJSON.name to construct auth_redirect.
• Misc:
  • Default publisher to RooVeterinaryInc and name to roo-cline if not available in packageJSON.
