Update RCC types

Important

Update TypeScript types for RCC server with new schemas and constants in cloud.ts, and bump version to 1.25.0.

• Schemas:
  • Add organizationDefaultSettingsSchema using globalSettingsSchema with stronger validations for fields like maxOpenTabsContext and terminalCommandDelay in cloud.ts.
  • Add organizationCloudSettingsSchema for cloud-specific settings in cloud.ts.
• Types:
  • Define OrganizationDefaultSettings and OrganizationCloudSettings types in cloud.ts.
• Constants:
  • Update ORGANIZATION_ALLOW_ALL and add ORGANIZATION_DEFAULT in cloud.ts.
• Versioning:
  • Bump version in package.json from 1.24.0 to 1.25.0.
