Add modes to the overflow menu

Added commands to the overflow menu in package.json for better organization in the VS Code extension.

• Menus:
  • Added group: "overflow" to roo-cline.promptsButtonClicked, roo-cline.mcpButtonClicked, roo-cline.marketplaceButtonClicked, roo-cline.popoutButtonClicked, and roo-cline.accountButtonClicked in view/title and editor/title menus.
  • Ensures these commands appear in the overflow menu when view == roo-cline.SidebarProvider or activeWebviewPanelId == roo-cline.TabPanelProvider.
