  • Reorder command groups in view/title and editor/title menus in package.json.
  • settingsButtonClicked moved to navigation@2.
  • marketplaceButtonClicked moved to overflow@2.
  • promptsButtonClicked, mcpButtonClicked, accountButtonClicked, and popoutButtonClicked moved to overflow@3, overflow@4, overflow@5, and overflow@6 respectively.
