feat: add OpenAI gpt-oss models to Amazon Bedrock dropdown

Summary

This PR adds the new OpenAI gpt-oss models to the Amazon Bedrock dropdown menu as requested in #6752.

Changes

• Added openai.gpt-oss-20b-1:0 model configuration

  • 20B parameters
  • Optimized for low latency and local/specialized use cases
  • 128K context window
  • 8192 max tokens

• Added openai.gpt-oss-120b-1:0 model configuration

  • 120B parameters
  • Production-ready, general-purpose, high-reasoning model
  • 128K context window
  • 8192 max tokens

Testing

• ✅ All existing tests pass
• ✅ Type checking passes
• ✅ Linting passes
