not fully ready, yet just a bunch of ideas, code is working tho, tests are running
i think we should merge logging.py and log_manager.py somehow and remove all the logging statements from the codebase and make them instead smartly into decorators or middleware
not fully happy with naming and organization of models folder and payments folder
maybe name TemporaryCredit -> TemporaryBalance, but then TemporaryBalance.balance
