ResQCall is an Android emergency response app that helps users quickly call their emergency contact and send an SOS message when needed. The app includes a 30-second countdown before initiating an emergency call, giving users time to cancel if triggered accidentally.

2️⃣ A 30-second countdown starts, allowing cancellation if needed.
3️⃣ The app maximizes phone volume and plays an alarm sound.
4️⃣ After 30 seconds, the app:
- Calls the selected emergency contact using the default phone dialer.
- Sends an SMS alert with the user's emergency message.
