Removes [ajv](https://github.com/ajv-validator/ajv). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@graphprotocol/graph-cli](https://github.com/graphprotocol/graph-tooling/tree/HEAD/packages/cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.
