Binding Types/Property Binding: remove references about deprecated third parameter of #bindProperty

The second parameter of ManagedObject#bindProperty only accepts a object.
The third (and forth) parameters are undocumented and should not be used.

This change removes text which describes the old usage and replaces it with the new one. (For example, passing the formatter in oBindingInfo.formatter)
