- extended JwtDecoderBuilder to accept new parameter enableTokenExchange - added new logic to HybridJwtDecoder to exchange token if feature is enabled
- minor changes - added tests
- added test for builder
- added missing javadoc
- added a new constructor for the HybridJwtDecoder to be backward compatible but also able to activate the new feature
- readded deleted reference
