The current implementation/documentation looks fine, but the check should probably not emit findings for the special case of APPEND ... SORTED BY ... statements (cf. ABAP keyword documentation) since the special behaviour of the SORTED BY addition cannot be emulated with an INSERT statement.
Could we add that the finding is suppressed if a SORTED BY addition is present?
