Summary

This PR adds support for multi-organ segmentation to the AI-assisted segmentation feature in ShapeWorks. It can now handle models like wholeBody_ct_segmentation, swin_unetr_btcv_segmentation, etc from Model Zoo.

Changes Introduced

  1. Studio back-end changes
  2. Documentation Updates: Updated docs for the AI-assisted segmentation feature.

#2362)

* Fix #2360 - ellipsoid_multiple_domain_mesh example not working

* Change order of alignment so that global doesn't use the local alignment.

* Fix MLPCA when not using only X,Y,Z
* Fix bug where segmentation tool does not operate on the correct location.

vtkImageActorPointPlacer does not take into account the UserTransform.
I had to subclass it as StudioImageActorPointPlacer.

* Cleanup

* "included" part of segmentation should become part of the object

* Hide include/exclude for 6.6 release (#2356)
