Idea for Data Model

Have three objects:

• Program - main object to hold the program with dates for the data collection as well as a category
• Indicator - name of the indicator to capture, this would contain all indicators for the organization
• Results (or outcomes) a junction object for Program and Indicator - ties the program to the indicator collecting the results as well as the target or goal of the results
