Version notes

This version adds some new features and fixes some bugs from the version 3.1

New features :

New dataview available for dataset (TemplateView) migrated from version 2.6
Footer is now customizable for each project by specifying an icon, backgroung image and text
New projects templates are available (with or without header/footer)
Portal elements size customizable from client-portal-3.0/conf/portalDisplayConfig.json file

Enhancements :

Only projects templates exposed in project administration (use of new component comboGrid)
Deleting duplicates keys in properties files

Bug fixed :

Filter not filterable in dataset but still displayed #74

Assets 3
