• autofill: escape the case when a comma-separated list of sample accession provided as input by splitting them into individual accession ids
• convert: incorporate the changes to the sample sheet of nf-core/mag v5.3 into the generation of the input table via the parameter --mag
• convert: correctly select the two paired FastQ files as input into the nf-core/mag sample sheet when three FastQ files were uploaded for a sample
