This pull request adds new, untranslated PO files for Breton (br), Georgian (ka), and Latvian (lv). The files are correctly formatted. However, the po/LINGUAS file is not updated to include these new languages, which will likely prevent them from being included in the build. This should be addressed to make the new translations effective.

This file correctly adds support for the Breton language. However, to ensure this new translation is compiled and included in the application, the new language codes (br, ka, and lv) need to be added to the po/LINGUAS file. Without this change, the new translations will likely be ignored by the build system.
