This PR fixes an Android-specific issue where tapping on empty space in the flyout footer (areas without buttons) would pass the tap event through to underlying content. The fix applies the standard MAUI pattern of setting InputTransparent="False" and adding an empty TapGestureRecognizer to consume tap events at the root layout level.
