• Reordered and reformatted the frontmatter metadata in fetch-data-react/rule.mdx for consistency (e.g., moved type, title, uri to the top, standardized date format, added createdBy fields, and cleaned up null values).

Content and component usage:

• Fixed the youtubeEmbed component by changing the description prop from a JSX expression to a string for proper rendering.
