Cleaned up tests/json.test.js and tests/pr.test.js by removing unnecessary comments and unused variables. This improves code readability and maintains only essential logic for environment variable handling and contributor data checks.

Simplifies and consolidates GitHub Actions workflows for merging and validation, automating PR comments and merges based on test outcomes. Adds a profanity wordlist check to contributor JSON files in tests, and updates PR test logic for owner validation. Improves concurrency group naming and token usage for security.
