Updated test dependencies:
- junit: 4.13.1 -> 4.13.2
- wiremock: 2.5.1 -> 3.13.2 (also changed groupId from com.github.tomakehurst to org.wiremock)
- slf4j-jdk14: 1.7.12 -> 2.0.4
Fixed SaltClientTest to use absent() matcher instead of equalTo("") for empty request body verification, which is required for compatibility with WireMock 3.x.
