- Added `inlinecompletion.lua` to handle inline completions. - Modified `init.lua` to integrate inline completion with existing completion. - Updated `get_completions` to include inline completion clients. - Enhanced `resolve` function to handle inline completion items.

really rough pass, but this allows for the behaviour of something like the copilot blink plugins without the need for a plugin. just have copilot.lua and it will suggest from the lsp that it runs
Alternatively, you can just attach the copilot lsp from GitHub. Although you would still need a method for authenticating etc
