Convert the "all 100" system into proper deity-based with the level based modifiers.
I'm unsure if the EXD contains the values for the various resistances and I'm not entirely sure how to locate it, but the original implementation was far off.
I've opted to hardcode each of the deities, but if someone knows of EXD data (or I can locate it) I'd prefer to use it. Additionally I've implemented the stat growth off of an observed formula from watching a few videos from back in the day.

At the moment it works identically to retail, but I would like to review the implementation a bit since it's rather rough.
