Run the collect_imgs file to take pictures with OpenCV
Run create_datasets to create the dataset.
Run the graph.ipynb
Run the train_classifier file to classify using the Random Forest Algorithm
Finally run subtitle_detection and give your hand gestures to get the subtitles.
