Allow gen_ai.request.seed to accept both string and integer types

Changes

• Updated gen_ai.request.seed to accept both string and integer types
• Modified code generation to use Pydantic v2 syntax with model_config = ConfigDict
• Generated updated Python models with new syntax and type definitions
• Maintains backwards compatibility

Testing

• Verified type flexibility in schema generation
