question: could you add a "Using the Terraform Provider" sub-section in the "Deploying" section (after "Using the Command Line")? This should be quite easy :)

Almost there:
I added a comment for the first section of the guide, so that it's kept homogeneous with the other "Getting Started With..." guides.

nitpicks:

• still a few extra blank lines to remove
• internal links must follow a precise syntax
