The version bump is because multi_layer_feed_forward was added to the docs as a new feature, but I forgot to bump the version.
The downgrade CI seems to be due to upstream issues.
The pre CI fails due to Enzyme. Is there a way to just disable that for now?
I'm not sure why julia LTS windows is significantly slower.
