Documentation build failure fixed

Checklist

• Appropriate tests were added
• Any code changes were done in a way that does not break public API
• All documentation related to code changes were updated
• The new code follows the
  contributor guidelines, in particular the SciML Style Guide and
  COLPRAC.
• Any new documentation only uses public API

Additional context

• Currently the documentation building fails

  • This is caused by running the example DC motor with PI control
  • The error was fixed
  • The same outputs as on the public docs is created
  • Documentation building completes on my machine and here on Github CI

• There are unfortunately many commits

  • In the end only one line on one file is changed
  • I attempted to fix the format checks as well, but this broke tests, so I reverted
