We really need to clean up our test suite so we have tests that don't require loading everything downstream |

The old style of downstream tests could really just be moved to the downstream repos. We just never did that when the downstream CI was added, so they are a bit legacy. |

This pull request changes the compat entry for the
ForwardDiffpackage from0.10to0.10, 1for package downstream.This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
